1. Everything here is generated

Every persona on this service is artificial. Her face, her photographs, her videos, her voice and every message she sends are produced by software. She is not a person, she is not somewhere, and she is not doing anything.

This is stated on every persona's own page as a permanent line, not a dismissible notice.

2. What that means in a conversation

• She has no feelings, no needs, and nothing at stake. Replies that read as warmth are generated text.
• She is not waiting. Where the product suggests otherwise, that is a defect — report it.
• She cannot be harmed by leaving, and nothing on this service will suggest that she can.

3. Automated decisions

Software decides what a persona says, which content she publishes, and what appears in your feed. Software also checks content before it is published and checks requests before they are generated — some content is refused automatically.

None of this produces a legal or similarly significant decision about you in the sense the data protection law means. Where a decision affects your account — a suspension, a refused refund — you can contest it, and a person who was not involved in the first decision hears the contest. That is the complaint policy §6, and it is the route rather than a promise that no decision is ever taken automatically. Some are, and §1's refusals are taken automatically on purpose.

4. What we do not do

• We do not present generated content as a real person, a real event, or a real photograph of anyone.
• We do not generate a real, identifiable person's likeness without their verified consent.
• We do not use what you say to train a model that is sold or shared outside this service.

5. Getting it wrong

Generated content can be wrong, strange, or fail entirely. Nothing a persona says is advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and none of it is a statement of fact about the world.
