1. Every depiction on this service is synthetic

No content published here depicts an actual human being. Personas, photographs, videos and voices are generated by software. There are no performers, and no sexually explicit conduct by any real person has occurred in the production of anything on this service.

Accordingly, the record-keeping obligations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A — which attach to depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct — do not apply to this content, because no actual human being is depicted.

This statement is bounded and will change when the service does. If we publish a persona built from a real person's likeness, that person is verified, their consent is recorded before publication, and records are kept and available as the law requires. No such persona is published today.

2. Records we do keep

Even where §2257 does not attach, we keep, for every published item:

• what generated it, and when;
• the moderation verdict recorded against its bytes before it was published;
• the identity check that confirmed it depicts the intended synthetic persona and no one else.

3. What is refused, always

Depictions of minors, or of anyone appearing to be a minor. Requests are refused at the point of asking, before anything is generated. This is not a moderation outcome that can be appealed — it is a refusal, and it ends accounts.

Any real, identifiable person who has not verified their own likeness. A request naming a real person is refused before generation, not caught after it.

Non-consensual acts, and anything depicting them as real.

4. Age

Adult content is behind a paywall. Reaching it needs an account, and creating one warrants you are 18 or older — that warranty, given once at registration, is the whole of it: there is no separate age check. Where the law where you are comes to require one, we will say so here before it applies to you.

5. Reporting

Anything on this service can be reported, without an account, through the complaint policy. Reports alleging that content depicts a real person, a minor, or a non-consensual act are treated as urgent and the content is withheld while they are examined.
