This is a draft. Passages in brackets are facts that are not settled yet. It says what we do; it is not final wording.

Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-29. Version 2026-09-29.1. These terms are an agreement between you and 〔legal entity, registered address〕 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them. The version above is what we record when you do, so a later change re-asks you rather than being read back into a consent you never saw.

Read §12 if you are in the United States. It requires disputes to go to arbitration individually, and it gives you 30 days to opt out.

1. What this service is

We publish AI-generated personas. Every persona, every photograph, every video and every message is generated by software. No persona is a real person, and no message is written by one. Nothing here is a claim about, or a depiction of, any actual individual.

Where a persona is created from a real person's likeness with their verified consent, that is recorded and disclosed. Today no such persona exists on the service.

Your interests. You may tell us what you are into — a few interests picked from our list, never anything you type. We use them for one thing: to put the personas who share them nearer the front of your deck. They can say something about you that the law treats as sensitive, so accepting these terms is also your explicit consent to that use. You can change or clear your interests at any time in your account, and the product works the same with none.

Who you want to see. You may also tell us appearance preferences — traits like heritage or build, picked from our list, never anything you type — to shape who appears nearer the front of your deck. Like your interests, this can say something about you that the law treats as sensitive, so accepting these terms is also your explicit consent to that use. Both consents are given by the one acceptance above; we do not ask twice. You can change or clear these preferences at any time in your account, and the product works the same with none set.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater.

You warrant that you meet that age, and you give us that warranty when you create an account: accepting these terms is your confirmation, and it is what we rely on. Giving false information about your age is a breach of these terms, and an account closed for it forfeits any unspent balance under §3.

Adult content is behind a paywall, and reaching it needs an account and a payment. We do not put a separate verification step in front of it. Where the law where you are comes to require one, we will say so here before it applies to you.

You may not use the service if the law where you are prohibits it. You are responsible for knowing whether it does, and using the service from a place where it is prohibited is a breach.

3. Your account, and when we close it

One person, one account. Keep your access to it secure — anything done through it is treated as done by you. Tell us at 〔notice address〕 if you believe someone else has it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to break the law, is used to attack the service, or that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud or payment abuse.

What survives a closure depends on why it happened:

Why we closed itYour unspent balanceItems you have unlocked
We stopped offering the service, or closed the account for our own convenience (§9)refundedremain viewable while the service runs
You broke these termsforfeitedwithdrawn
A §6 refusal, fraud, or payment abuseforfeitedwithdrawn, and we may recover our costs

An account with no sign-in for 24 months may be closed on 30 days' notice to the address we hold. Unspent balance is refunded on that closure, not forfeited — the forfeiture rows above are for breach, and inactivity is not one.

4. What you buy, and what it gets you

Two things are sold, and they are separate:

  • a balance, funded by buying a top-up package, which is spent on individual items; and
  • a subscription, which is a recurring payment for access rather than for credit.

A subscription buys access, not balance. While it is active it removes advertising and opens what would otherwise be locked on the personas it covers. It grants no spendable credit — a balance comes only from a top-up package, and the two work together: an item may need a subscription, or a subscription and balance.

Balance is bought in packages. Each package states its price and the credit it adds before you pay. There is no free-amount top-up.

A balance is not money outside this service. It is a prepaid credit spendable only here, and it cannot be transferred, sold or given away. It does not expire, and it survives cancelling a subscription. It is refunded where §5 or §10 says so, and it has no value anywhere else.

An item unlocked from a balance stays unlocked, and is not withdrawn if you stop paying — but the unlock is a licence to view it on this service, not a copy you own. It lasts while we run the service and while we may lawfully keep the item available. Where we must withdraw an item — a legal requirement, a rights claim, a moderation outcome — it goes, and we refund what you paid for that item and nothing more.

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency shown. We may change prices at any time. A change applies to purchases and to renewals made after it, never retroactively; where a subscription price rises we tell you before the renewal it applies to and you may cancel.

Payments are taken through a payment provider, and the rails they offer are the rails available. Where a rail is unavailable to you, that is not a failure of this agreement.

5. Cancelling, refunds, and going to your bank

You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancelling takes no more steps than subscribing did. Cancellation stops the next payment; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. A partly used period is not refunded.

When you unlock an item, you ask us to deliver it immediately and you accept that doing so ends any statutory right to cancel that purchase. You are told this at the moment you unlock, you agree to it there, and we confirm it in the receipt. That is Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and it is why an unlock is final.

We give you a refund anyway. Refunds are available from your receipts, in one action, for 14 days. This is our policy and not a right you hold — we may withdraw it, narrow it, or refuse it to an account we believe is abusing it. Where a request needs review, we state a time and answer within it.

A subscription is different, because it is an ongoing service rather than a delivered item. Within 14 days of starting one you may withdraw from it in one action, from the subscription itself. Withdrawing ends it immediately and refunds the part of the period you had not used — which is not the same as cancelling, and both are offered where both are available.

A refund unwinds what that payment still holds, and nothing you have already been given.

  • A refunded deposit voids the part of its balance you have not spent.
  • A refunded unlock takes back that item, and only that item.
  • Nothing already delivered to you is taken back, and your balance is never made negative.

Because an unlock is final (above), we may refuse a policy refund — and we do refuse it to an account whose pattern is to unlock, refund, and keep. We refuse; we do not come after you.

Come to us before you go to your bank. A refund from us is faster for you and cheaper for us than a dispute. Raising a chargeback without first asking us for a refund is a breach of these terms, and an account that does it may be closed under §3 with its balance forfeited, and we may recover the fees the dispute costs us. This does not affect any right you have to dispute a payment your bank gives you — it states what it costs you here.

6. What you may not do

Do not attempt to obtain content depicting minors, non-consensual acts, or a real identifiable person without their consent. These requests are refused at the point of asking, they are logged, and they end accounts. This is not a policy we balance against anything.

Do not resell, redistribute, publish, or make available what you unlock here — including by screenshot, recording, or re-upload. Do not scrape the service, use automated means to access it, or attempt to bypass the paywall. Do not use the service or anything on it to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning model.

Do not share your account, buy or sell access to one, or use the service on behalf of anyone else.

Fair use. Generating a reply, an image or a voice costs us real money each time. We may set, change and enforce limits on how much you may generate or send in a period, and we may slow, queue, cap or refuse usage that is far outside ordinary use or that we believe is automated. A limit is not a reduction in what you bought; what you bought is stated in §4 and does not include unlimited generation.

7. Content, and who owns what

We own or license everything the service publishes. Unlocking an item is a licence to view it, for yourself, on this service — personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and it grants no other right of any kind.

We are not your archive. We store what you write so the service works, and we do not undertake to keep it for any period, to keep it available, or to be able to recover it. Content in an account that has not been signed into for 24 months may be deleted — content, not balance; balance is §4 — and where storage or a supplier fails, the remedy is §8 and nothing more.

What you write stays yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit, analyse and display it so the service can run, stay safe, and improve — including moderation, abuse prevention, debugging and quality measurement. That licence lasts as long as we hold the content and ends when the content is deleted.

Aggregate and de-identified information derived from use of the service — counts, rates, patterns, and anything from which you cannot be identified — is ours, and we may keep and use it without limit.

Two things we do not do, and we say so because it is a commitment rather than a gap: we do not sell what you write, and we do not use it to train a model that is sold or shared outside this service. See the privacy policy.

Any feedback or suggestion you send us is ours to use, freely and without obligation.

8. No warranty, and what we are liable for

The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it available and we do not promise it always will be. We do not promise that generated content will be accurate, suitable, consistent, or of any particular quality, and nothing a persona says is advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise.

Generation can fail. Where it fails after you have paid, you are not charged for what was not delivered; where a charge has already been taken, it is refunded.

To the fullest extent the law allows: we exclude all implied warranties; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated saving; and our total liability to you for everything arising out of this agreement is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the six months before the claim, or 〔amount〕.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms, and where a term in these terms is unfair under the law that protects you, it does not bind you and the rest stands.

9. Indemnity

You will cover us — us, our people and our suppliers — against any claim, loss, liability or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or content you supply to it. We will tell you about any such claim and you may take over its defence with our agreement.

10. Changing and ending the service

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where a change reduces what you get or increases what you pay, we tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.

We may end this agreement for our own convenience on notice. If we do, we refund unspent balance and the unused part of any subscription period, and that is the whole of what is owed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

11a. Tax, sanctions, and things we do not promise

Prices are 〔inclusive/exclusive〕 of tax, and where a tax is chargeable on your purchase we may add it. Any tax on you is yours — we account for ours and nothing here makes us your adviser.

You warrant that you are not on any sanctions list, not located in a sanctioned or embargoed territory, and not acting for anyone who is. We may refuse, suspend, close or reverse anything on that ground alone, and a payment refused for it is not a payment we owe back where the law forbids returning it.

Anything marked beta, preview or experimental is provided with no warranty of any kind and may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something outside our reasonable control — among them the failure of a supplier, a payment provider, a model vendor or a network, an act of a government or a regulator, and an event that makes performance unlawful.

No relationship beyond this one. Nothing here makes us your fiduciary, your adviser or your confidant, and nothing you send us is confidential unless we agree in writing that it is.

Notices. We may contact you at the address on your account and a notice sent there is treated as received. You agree to receive communications about the service electronically.

12. Disputes

If you are in the United States, you and we agree that any dispute is resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by 〔arbitration provider〕 under its consumer rules, in 〔place〕 or by remote hearing, and that neither of us may bring or join a class, collective or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

Where 25 or more similar claims are filed against us by or with the help of the same people or firm, they are treated as a batch: the provider appoints one arbitrator per batch of 〔N〕, decides a small number of test cases first, and the rest abide by the outcome or are resolved from it. You agree to this and to the fee schedule that goes with it.

You may opt out by writing to 〔notice address〕 within 30 days of first accepting these terms, saying that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else.

Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose, or it is waived — except where the law where you live does not allow that limit, in which case the legal limit applies.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this section does not apply to you: §13 governs.

13. Law, and how to reach us

These terms are governed by the law of 〔jurisdiction〕. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live and may bring proceedings there.

14. The rest

We may transfer this agreement — to a group company, or to whoever acquires the business or its assets. You may not transfer yours.

If a term is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term is not giving it up. These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the service.

§§6, 7, 8, 9, 11a, 12 and this section survive the end of this agreement, however it ends.

Notices to us: 〔notice address〕. We answer complaints under the complaint policy.
